Center Stage with Mark Gordon Featuring Allen Coulter "Hollywoodland"

(Los Angeles) Tuesday, August 22, 2006, 7PM (PST)

Join Mark Gordon as he takes you Center Stage with Allen Coulter, director of the new feature film "Hollywoodland." The film looks at the rise and untimely fall of George Reeves who back in the 1950's became everyone's favorite superhero "Superman."

Adrien Brody, Diane Lane and Ben Affleck star in a compelling exploration of fame and identity, inspired by one of Hollywood's most infamous real-life mysteries. The story follows a 1950s private detective who, investigating the mysterious death of "Superman" star George Reeves, uncovers unexpected connections to his own life as the case turns more personal. The torrid affair Reeves had with the wife of a studio executive might hold the key to the truth.

Center Stage with Mark Gordon airs Tuesday night at 7PM (PST) on KXLU Los Angeles, 88.9 FM and streaming "live" at www.kxlu.com
