WORLD CITY - Eth-Noh-Tec and Likha Philipino Folk Ensemble Coming January 7

WHAT:
Nancy Wang and Robert Kikuchi-Yngojo, together as Eth-Noh-Tec, enchant their audiences with stories from Asia that are a playful blend of stylized movement, precision choreography, rhythmic dialogue and lively facial expressions. In a visually stunning performance, Likha celebrates Philippine culture and tradition presenting authentic dance and Kulintang music of the indigenous groups native to the Philippine Islands.

COST:
FREE, open to the public and no reservations are required.

TICKETS:
Free tickets for both shows will be distributed starting at 10 a.m. on the day of the event on Grand Avenue at 2nd Street, in front of Walt Disney Concert Hall. Sorry, no line-ups permitted before 9 a.m.

PARKING:
Drivers can park at the Walt Disney Concert Hall or underneath the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion for $8 a day. Additional parking is available at the Department of Water and Power and the Cathedral for $5.

NOTE: In case of rain, both performances and workshops will be moved inside.

WORLD CITY features internationally renowned artists in admission-free performances on select Saturdays at the W.M. Keck Foundation Children's Amphitheatre at Walt Disney Concert Hall. To complement the performances, the Music Center offers pre- and post-family workshops in the adjacent Blue Ribbon Garden.
